Crashing too much and too many ads

So which is correct? I believe the website. I just started riding the bus downtown and Ive tried 2 PRs (W Bellfort & Westwood). I took 262 inbound and everything was fine. I got tied at work and couldnt use my usual 4:22p bus. Well, I checked the website and it informed me the bus stop was right outside my office (Lamar and Main)...I head out there, I wait for the 5:07p bus. Nothing, so I check my app which informs me I have to go Smith and Dallas...over a half mile walk. I head down there and wait and wait and wait. Nothing! I eventually take 265 and then pay for uber to drop me off at Westwood.
